These Terms and Conditions of Sale (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the website https://veloure.eu (“Website”), as well as the purchase of products offered through it (“Products”).

The Customer’s order submission constitutes a binding offer to purchase. The contract is concluded only when Veloure sends an order confirmation email.
Veloure may refuse orders that are incomplete, inaccurate, linked to past disputes, or appear suspicious.
Shipping methods, costs, and estimated delivery times appear during checkout and/or in the Customer Care section.
Delivery times are estimates only. Delays caused by couriers or external factors do not entitle the Customer to compensation.
Delivery is completed when the Product is available at the Customer’s specified address.
Upon delivery, Customers must check packaging integrity, number of parcels, and visible damage. Any issues must be reported to the courier with conditional acceptance and communicated to Veloure.
Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the Products.
To exercise this right, Customers must send a written request including order number, items being returned, and contact details.
Products must be returned within 14 days of the withdrawal request to the address provided by Veloure.

Valid withdrawals entitle the Customer to a refund within 14 days. Refunds may be withheld until products are received or proof of shipment is provided.

If a Product is defective or not as described, Customers must notify Veloure as soon as the issue is discovered, providing order details and photographic evidence.
Depending on the situation, Customers may be entitled to repair, replacement, price reduction, or contract cancellation.
